Mindful Breaks is a members only space where you can expect to walk through a journey of wellbeing for the mind and body.
Emily currently works in the Financial Markets Industry so she is well aware that finding the time for yourself is a luxury and can sometimes be pushed to the bottom of your to do list. She also knows that there is nothing more important than taking time to breathe, move your body and enjoy quiet moments.
Everyone is on their own journey but we all generally struggle to really focus on the present moment. The practice of Yoga can help us live our life more mindfully. Our bodies and minds seek balance and Yoga can make them both stronger and flexible.
The secret to a happy Yoga practice is to simply start and let it take you home to yourself or to undiscovered places.
