If joining a public yoga class is not your thing or if there is anything in particular you would like to work on, on a one on one basis, get in touch and we will design a plan completely focused on your needs. You deserve to be heard and appreciated. I am here for you.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the class start time and you will be refunded in the means of a class credit. No class credit refund for late cancellations.
