Service Description

A playful twist to Vinyasa Yoga Flow adding the use of Kettlebells (dumbbells are fine too if you don't have kettlebells available and no weights is also fine) to strengthen the body whilst mindfully connecting each movement to the breath. Come with an open mind and you will find yourself surprised at how well the two work together.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the class start time and you will be refunded in the means of a class credit. No class credit refund for late cancellations.
